Canna-Fudge

Ingredients for about 52 pieces:

- 50g ground almonds

- 50g ground pistachios

- 1 tbsp vanilla powder

- 100ml cooking oil (any part of it activated)

- 100g dark chocolate

- 50g dates

- add some cinnamon, cardamom if desired

Directions:

Soak the dates in water for at least 30 minutes, drain and puree finely.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate over a bain-marie, then stir in the ground almonds, pistachios, and 1 tablespoon of vanilla powder in a dry saucepan and roast for 5 to 8 minutes until aromatic.

Slowly stir the cooking oil into the melted chocolate and season with spices. Stir in the pureed almonds and the almond-pistachio mixture.

Pour the mixture into a loaf pan lined with baking paper and refrigerate for 2 hours. Then cut into bite-sized pieces and store in the refrigerator.
