60g finely ground industrial hemp flowers (organic quality for the best taste)
Optional: You can adjust the quantity – e.g. 500ml oil and 30g industrial hemp flowers for smaller portions.
Directions:
Preparation: Choose a high-quality cooking oil that complements your recipe. Olive oil is suitable for savory dishes, while coconut oil is ideal for sweet treats.
Heat the oil: Heat the oil in a water bath to approximately 100 degrees Celsius. Be careful not to overheat the oil to preserve the valuable ingredients of the hemp flowers.
Add hemp flowers: Add the finely ground hemp flowers to the heated oil and stir well.
Infusion time: Let the mixture infuse for at least 2 hours at a constant temperature. This allows the oil to absorb the aromas and healthy components of the hemp flowers.
Filter: After the infusion time is over, filter the oil through a fine sieve or a cotton cloth to remove any remaining hemp flower particles. Your homemade hemp flower cooking oil is now ready!
